1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TCGMage ("the Service"), available at tcgmage.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TCGMage provides tools for scanning, organizing, and sharing trading card collections. The Service includes AI-powered card detection, binder management, collection tracking, and social sharing features.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features without an account. To access additional features, you may sign in using third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google, Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Eligibility & Age Requirement

TCGMage is intended solely for users who are 13 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. Sign-in is offered exclusively through third-party identity providers (currently Google and Discord), which independently enforce their own minimum-age requirements (generally 13+, higher in some jurisdictions). We rely on those providers' age enforcement as the age gate for this Service: a person able to authenticate through a supported provider is assumed to have satisfied that provider's age requirements, and therefore ours. The onus of age verification at sign-in rests with the identity provider, not with TCGMage. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will terminate that account and delete its associated personal data.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including photos and collection data. By using the Service, you grant TCGMage a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

Pokémon and all related trademarks are property of their respective owners. TCGMage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any card game publisher. Card data and images are sourced from third-party APIs and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TCGMage does not guarantee the accuracy of card detection, pricing data, or any other information provided through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCGMage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
