TCGMage provides tools for scanning, organizing, and sharing trading card collections. The Service includes AI-powered card detection, binder management, collection tracking, and social sharing features.

You may use certain features without an account. To access additional features, you may sign in using third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google, Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including photos and collection data. By using the Service, you grant TCGMage a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Pokémon and all related trademarks are property of their respective owners. TCGMage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any card game publisher. Card data and images are sourced from third-party APIs and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TCGMage does not guarantee the accuracy of card detection, pricing data, or any other information provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCGMage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
